Password gone missing? Nothing is lost:

1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?".
2. Enter your account email: you'll receive a secure reset link.
3. Click the link and choose a new password (at least 8 characters, 1 digit, 1 uppercase letter).

For your security, the link expires after a limited time. Nothing in your inbox? Check your spam folder, then contact us if the problem persists.

From Settings > Account, in three steps:

1. Enter the new email address.
2. Confirm with your current password — security first.
3. A verification email lands in the new inbox: click the link to validate.

Until the new address is verified, the old one stays active. Your Quizzes, your students and your Tokens don't move an inch. Need help? Contact us.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete my account.

• Deletion triggers your right to be forgotten: your personal data is permanently purged at D+30.
• During that period, you can change your mind by contacting us.
• Your Quizzes, students and statistics are erased once the period ends.

Unused Tokens and any active subscription are not refunded; remember to cancel your subscription first. To learn more, see exercising the right to be forgotten.

Your first Quiz can be ready before your coffee is:

1. From your dashboard, click "New Quiz".
2. Give it a title and pick a subject.
3. Add your questions one by one — or describe your lesson and let the AI generate the questions for you, at 1 🪙 / question (see which AI model is used). You stay in charge: everything can be edited before you share it.
4. Save: your Quiz is ready to head off to your students.

The maximum number of questions per Quiz depends on your plan:

• Free plan: 30 questions per Quiz.
• Starter: 50 questions per Quiz.
• Pro: 100 questions per Quiz.

The number of active Quizzes and students per Quiz also varies by plan. Hitting a limit is never a wall: you can upgrade whenever you like, in one click. See pricing for a detailed comparison.

A good Quiz deserves a second run — no need to rebuild it from scratch:

1. In your Quiz list, open the "…" menu of the Quiz in question.
2. Click "Duplicate".
3. A full copy is created (title, questions, answers, options) that you can rename and adapt freely — perfect for tailoring the same test to two different classes.

Duplication is free and uses no Tokens. Note: the copy counts toward your active Quiz quota, depending on your plan. See pricing.

Skolina offers passive anti-cheating protection that respects your students:

• Tab-switch detection and focus-loss detection: if a student leaves the Quiz page, the event is flagged in your statistics.
• No webcam, no forced full-screen: we inform you, we don't surveil.

1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
2. Click "Cancel subscription".
3. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you automatically switch to the free plan.

All your invoices are waiting in your account:

1. Open Settings > Billing.
2. There you'll find the history of your subscriptions and your Token pack purchases.
3. Click a line to download the invoice as a PDF.

Your student list already exists somewhere — don't retype it:

1. Go to My classes > New class.
2. Choose import by CSV file or by copy-paste (one student per line).
3. Check the preview, then confirm: the class is created and reusable across all your Quizzes for the year.

Question generation relies on OpenAI, using the GPT-4o-mini model (api.openai.com).

• Each generated question costs 1 🪙 — never a hidden cost.
• You always stay in charge: generated questions are editable and deletable before you share them.

AI that plans with you, not instead of you: always review the content before offering it to your students — you're the teacher. For data handling, see is my data sent to OpenAI.

When you use AI generation, the text needed to create the questions (the topic or content you provide) transits through OpenAI's servers, located in the United States, under a data processing agreement (DPA).

• This concerns only AI generation, triggered by your explicit action.
• Everything else — your Quizzes, students, accounts, statistics — is hosted in Europe (OVH/Scaleway) and stays there.

Live mode is your Quiz played in real time, with the whole class at once:

1. Open the Quiz you want and click "Start Live".
2. Choose one of the 4 modes: Classic, Teams, Survival or Instant poll.
3. Project the code shown on screen: your students join without an account, in seconds.
4. Start: questions roll on, the leaderboard updates live, and even the back row looks up.

Student capacity depends on your plan (10 on Free, 50 on Starter, 200 on Pro). See how much a Live session costs.

A Live session costs 50 🪙, regardless of the number of questions or participating students — the price never changes mid-game.

• The number of included sessions varies by plan: 1/month on the free plan, 10/month on Starter, as many as you want on Pro.
• The maximum student capacity per session also depends on the plan (10 / 50 / 200).

Yes. The entire Skolina platform is hosted in the European Union (OVH/Scaleway) and GDPR-compliant in a school context.

• Your accounts, Quizzes, classes, students and statistics stay in Europe.
• Only AI generation sends your lesson text through OpenAI (USA), and only on your action (see is my data sent to OpenAI).
• Students under 15 fall under parental consent, in line with regulations.

You can request permanent deletion of your data at any time:

1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete my account (see delete my account).
2. Deletion triggers a permanent purge of your personal data at D+30.
3. During that period, you can reverse the decision by contacting us.

Your students have the same rights; you can also delete their data from your classes. For any specific GDPR request, contact us.

The best possible scenario: every answer sheet is regraded automatically.

• A typo in a question, the wrong answer ticked as correct? Fix the question: the grades of every student who already answered are recalculated instantly.
• No student is penalised for a data-entry slip, and there's no manual re-marking.
